The hotel don’t work according to the reservation!

Terrible - no breakfast (the reception don’t accept to give me breakfast like it was in my reservation) . - no sign in the toilet to say that bathroom was disenfected before i check in. - no WiFi ! (The WiFi was available only for the first 2 days, no WiFi for the rest of the days). - no shampoo (only shower liquid available). +room cleaning every day, good. +room decorations, good. +hot water and air conditioner, good. I will never do a reservation in this hotel for the rest of my life, not my friends and families ether, ( low prices doesn’t mean bad service! Reception should work according to the reservation! ) .

Staff was ok... sometimes I needed help but they just give you instructions and let you do things on your own. For example I asked the doorman if he can help me find a plastic bag, and he said go to the 2nd floor and search for the maid and she’ll give it to you. 2nd floor is big, so it took me a while to find the maid and I found her in the 3rd floor. The maids are awesome though. They are extremely helpful. Checkin lady is nice too. There are many doormen though... some of them are helpful but there is 1 who wasn’t helpful.. he’s the one who told me: just go and find the maid. Rooms are big. The price is amazing and that’s all I needed... a bed to sleep on at a cheap price. AC wasn’t functioning and neither the heater. They bring you a space heater and leave it with you in the room. I took a shower and the drain wasn’t working, it was filled with human hair. I didn’t inform he front desk honeslty because I didn’t care. If I informed them, I’m sure they would have moved me. I was there just for couple nights so didn’t want anyone to bother me. Overall... room is big for the prince of $12, so I was happy with that. The rest, it didn’t bother me and I’m sure if I informed the front desk, they would have accommodate me. So, yeah, I encourage you to book with them and if these little things bother you, then you just let them know and they will accommodate you. It’s in the heart of the town and near everything, including the beach...

September 2020

This hotel is in fantastic location in the centre of Hammamet. We had a double room which comprised of a kitchenette, bathroon, bedroom with adjoining sittiing/dining area and balcony. It was really spacious (could sleep 4) and cleaned daily. There is a downstairs bar and restaurant on site and a poolside bar which opens seasonally, all the staff we met were lovely. The pool is on the roof with excellent views... wonderful sunsets over the sea to be enjoyed. Due to Covid social distancing measures are in place and hand gel available which was very reassuring. The buffet breakfast is no longer an option but a well selected prepared tray of food is available(see pics) with a freshly prepared omelete or fried eggs and tea or coffee. This is an older but comfortable, clean 3* hotel. It is a bit tired in places, which I was expecting considering the cheaper rates and that did not affect our stay one bit. We had requested a balcony and were advised that the rooms on the front of the hotel could be noisy at night as there is club next door and offered a garden view room as an . We kept the room on the front and it was noisy into the early hours but worth the sacrifice to have a good sized balcony. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and would definitely stay here again
