The home is very inviting and its main purpose is to make you feel comfortable in your own custom built Cozy Country Cottage! Outdoor Patio area w/ fire pit, exterior patio set for additional seating. There's even a RAINBOW PLAY SET for the kids. 3 swings, slide, rock wall & a POOL too w/ sun loungers & adirondack chairs! Pool heater available ( additional charges apply ) Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR {additional charges for generator apply}. We are pet friendly. Additional charges apply. 2 dogs max.     The Cottage sits on three acres shared by the host. Gravel driveway is also shared. Proximity of each home is about 300 feet apart. Security cameras are on the host home and one ONLY is located on the tree above the Cottage driveway. THEIR ARE NO CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE COTTAGE. We are pet friendly - see rules.

This property is exactly as described. The house is furnished nicely and the pool area is beautiful. Everything we needed was provided and we really enjoyed the time we spent there. We met the host Alexis while we were there. He takes great his pride in the cottage and strives to be sure everything is above expectations. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

What a wonderful spot! Probably our favorite so far! Very clean, everything you need, and the host were absolutely amazing people. Any questions or needs they went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

This property was perfect for our trip! The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked. The layout is open and perfect for families. From the time we drove up to the property we were very comfortable and impressed with the attention to details. The exterior of the property is beautiful, as well as, the inside. The owners thought of everything including step stools and step ladders for us who are not so tall. The hosts, Alexis and Kimberly were extremely friendly and helpful, they are the benchmark all hosts should mimic. We will be back again for another relaxing stay.

We had great time staying at the cottage. Beautiful area. Great location for North Shore. Easy access to nearby places: mandeville, Covington, etc. House was well accommodating with all the things you need for a home away from home. Loved the playground for our two kids, loved the lights for the night. Master bath was awesome! Beautifully designed. Rooms were spacious.

Country Cottage Stay

We had an amazing mini vacation at the Cottage. House, pool, and yard were incredible. Children loved the pool and we had a little bonfire in the fire pit and told stories! Abita Market on Sunday was also fun.

Beautiful cottage style home!!

This cottage is just simply adorable. It was very clean!! The host was very nice. We would recommend this house to everyone. There is plenty of space for several to sleep. Loved the pool!! We will definitely go back

Alexis and Kim are great ! Our 2nd stay here ,their home is lovely quiet clean and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. In town for our grandson’s high school graduation and the pool was a big hit . Thank you guys we will be back !

Peaceful Weekend Noise Free Get Away

Super fabulous, modern, barndimimium style home. All the amenities, pool, patio, and allows my fury friends, and an excellent peaceful property nestled away from noise, yet not so far away you cannot enjoy the quaint town of Abita and or venture out to Nola!

Fantastic stay all around!

We had a great stay with friends and family at this property. Everything was as described and the host went above and beyond with accommodations. Lots of amenities and small touches were greatly appreciated and the house had everything you could ever want. Well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom essentials and many toys for the kids to enjoy. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Amazing PET FRIENDLY!! Cottage

This place was a perfect place to stay after my wedding in Mandeville! It was super clean and the decor is SO CUTE! I really really appreciated how they were pet friendly so that I could bring my pups with me and have peace of mind. The outdoor area is such a vibe and the owner is super friendly! My family and I will be staying here again in the future!!
