「Well furnished, comfortable beds and very clean! Check in was easy. Appliances appeared new. Thoughtfully host left bottles of cold water in frig. Host furnished several Keurig containers for coffee lovers in our family to get us started in the morning!」

「My family and I had an enjoyable mini vacation exploring the beautiful mountains, trails and scenery. The house and accompanying land was perfect for sitting outside and relaxing after a long day of hiking. The pool was an extra special treat on those hot days. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. 「The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property! Very clean accomodations as well as added touches in the bathroom in terms of toiletries. Things you might sometimes forget like; hair ties, makeup remover, q-tips, cotton balls, etc!. Nice to also have a coffee maker in the main bedroom ! 」

「Nice farmhouse with a great view. We had 7 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Kitchen is big with an attached dining area. Front porch is nice to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening beverage. The firepit is great (would recommend removing the tree blocking the view of the lake from the firepit). Best thing is the house was well stocked with all the paper products you need (minus kleenex), garbage bags, coffee, firewood, laundry needs and soap.」

「One of our best mini-vacations in a long time...Mountain Rose Horse Farm is a little slice of heaven on Earth! We've already been discussing another visit. Can't say enough positive about this place and the owners, Emily and Rachel. If you're looking for a place to rest, relax and recharge - they have created the perfect spot for you!」

「We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. 「Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed.
