Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. “Perfect little cozy getaway spot! Everything was clean and it is obvious the host took care when selecting all of the finishes. The towels and bedding are comfy and the soaps smelled like a spa! I was having difficulty figuring out some of the television and projector technology but the host was very responsive. I'd recommend bringing drinking water but there is a water filter in the refrigerator as well. The little slippers were perfect as the floor is chilly in the winter. Great little tiny……

“We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. Perfect location to see the fall foliage and visit Watkins Glen. The cabin was perfect. So cute and the perfect size. It stormed a couple nights we were there and the cabin was so warm and cozy. Everything was spotless. Bed was comfy. Electric fireplace was the perfect touch. Great weekend!”

“Call ahead and make sure the hot tub is functioning and has clean water. Bring along some old sheets or window cling to cover the windows where the shades have been removed. Don’t plan on using the ceiling fan without the light being on, that cord is missing. If you are allergic to bathroom mold… don’t book. They said they replaced the Queen mattress after we left, but they also said the hot tub was up and running which it wasn’t at our cabin. I am sure it was a lovely place 5 years ago,……

“The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. However, the main reason we booked the cabin in Dec was for the hot tub which was not functioning (60 degrees) and completely filthy. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it. I would think the owners should insure all features are functioning prior to renting. In the end I was provided a refund of 1/3 the total rent for the weekend which I appreciated, but I would have……
