「The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the...

「Fabulous holiday home, in a great location with fantastic amenities. The house was spotless. We had a lovely vase of flowers on arrival along with tea, Coffee, sugar, milk and some chocolate biscuits.(Maybe would have been nice to have Salt and pepper) We had an amazing stay, the beds were all very comfy. The bathrooms were great too. We were so close to town and were lucky enough to have been there for the festival. I would recommend this house for any large groupsThe town has lots of lovely pubs...

「Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing.
When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant.
I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

「Everything, apart from the WC, sink and shower, in one room including the main bed and the bunk beds. Room quite dark as window up against a fence. Unable to watch TV from the bed as it does not face you - can only be seen from the backless bar stools at the table - a small sofa would be a good addition. Outside light not working - imitation grass to the front, rubbish needs clearing from the sides. Good location - short walk to the beach and not too far to walk into Bournemouth. Buses stop...

「The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing...
