The staff were amazing. I had suffered a small but significant accident (MVA) in front of the hotel while getting out of a car. The staff were so helpful and kind to me and made every effort to help me out. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is well appointed with character and style. It is convenient to walk within the town to restaurants and shops and easily walkable to the sea. The breakfast also awesome. We especially enjoyed talking to our waiters and would like to give a special commendation to Bianca

We booked 3 rooms. All were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was extremely polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and all our evening meals in the restaurant, extremely well prepared and tasted delicious. The Kings Arms is well positioned in the centre of Christchurch but with the added bonus of a bus stop directly outside and another a short walk away. On arrival we didn’t have any problem parking in the hotel’s designated bays. Lovely walk across from the hotel to castle ruins, church and harbour. Looking forward to a return visit.
