Newly Updated, and furnished 2 bed, 2 bath featuring spacious layout, and large skylights that really make the space feel more open, and inviting! Enjoy the oversized screen porch after a day in the beach or morning coffee! This condo sleeps 6 comfortably with the additions queen blowup mattress.

The second bedroom doesn't have a tv in the bedroom and could be a little up dated and the refrigerator still has old Condemn inside that should Discard it... But overall nice place...

Cozy stay in Hampstead
We enjoyed our stay in Hampstead. The condo was as expected. Plenty of room for our family. The screened porch is nice and we would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t for the tropical storm that breezed through. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting my daughter at UNCW. 😊

The condo was exactly what was pictured and expected. The development was so close to Topsail Island and a short distance to Wrightsville. Having extra rooms and space was perfect with older kids. I hope we are able to stay again!

Great stay!
The condo and area around it were very nice. The host was very accommodating, answering our questions and responding to our requests promptly. The condo is lovely and the screened porch is wonderful. A few updates would make it even better, but it's great the way it is. We really enjoyed our stay.
