Tucked away on a quiet road just steps from the water, this charming Hampton Bays cottage offers a relaxed yet refined setting just 2 minutes walk from the bay beach, perfect for morning swims, sunset strolls, or quiet moments by the shore.
For a livelier day by the sea, Meschutt Beach County Park is only a 10 minute drive away. Local shopping, restaurants, and conveniences are all within a 10-minute drive, making it easy to dine out or gather provisions for a quiet evening in.
Travelers will appreciate the flexible location, with both the Hampton Bays and Southampton Long Island Rail Road stations reachable in just 10 to 15 minutes by car, ideal for a smooth arrival or an easy day trip to the city.

Great location. Walk to the beautiful beach. However, the couch was broken, tub did not drain. Off season price is still quite high for dated amenities, but that's the price in the Hamptons you pay.
