Just like home at the beach!

This property is wonderful! It is large enough so that everyone has their own space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and anything else you might want to go to. I highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for us. It was so clean, enough seating, beautiful aesthetics and 2 parking spaces. We were close to the beach and the restaurants we wanted to visit. This certainly will be a property we will go to again.

Beautiful!

I went on a girls weekend and we had a blast. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are a good size and fully equipped with everything you need. Location is prime. Unit was clean easy to access. the owner replied via txt instantly so easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice place but ocean view is misleading

Fine location, clean and spacious. We thought this penthouse provided an ocean view as appears in living-room photo. But that is misleading. No great view from any window. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were not specifically looking for this as a treat for my elderly parent who was not able to walk on the beach but had wanted to “see the ocean.”

Great location, close to everything! Hard to find a unit with washer, drier, two bathrooms and and elevator, this place has it all! Great view of the ocean and Wednesday night fireworks from beautiful outdoor balcony. Just steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hampton Beach Great Stay

Beautifully maintained and clean condo with comfortable beds — a wonderful place to stay! We especially appreciated having access to the garage to store our beach gear. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick and helpful responses. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the neighborhood bar. I would highly recommended!

Very nice property, close to beach (which you can see from the balcony if you tilt your head). Apartment was clean and well stocked. Good communication from rental company. Lots of dining options live music but can be loud til mighnight-ish from the loud music. We found it tolerable and our kids slept through it. Over all nice condo with easy access to a beautiful beach.

Great communication, fabulous location! We loved the layout of the property and it was so clean! Communication was great. No problems at all. Easy walk to beach and local restaurants and bars. We also liked that we had access to garage which we used to store our beach gear without having to lug it into the condo. Would definitely stay here again

You need to rent this place!!

We had an amazing time at this location!! Literally steps from the beach (if we forgot something it was a 2 minute walk back!), and it was spotless!The pics were spot on for what you get, and everything was super clean!! Plenty of towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets! Nothing was missing from the kitchen.Access was simple and easy and communication from the owner was exceptional! We’ll definitely be back!!Thank you for exceeding our expectations times two!

Tesla Concert Weekend

Found this gem of a listing and had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, and the Casino Ballroom where we attended a concert. Couldn't have been happier with the location, property, and the EXCELLENT communication during the entire check in to the post emails and texts. QUICKLY responded to all questions and clear instructions. DEFINITELY staying again here this summer!

Delightful

Gracious hosts; treated us with kindness and a generous spirit. This was also my friend's first visit east and she was awestruck by the Hampton experience. Could not have been more pleased.

The property is very outdated. The queen bed mattress was uncomfortable. The towels, sheets, bedding, shower curtains were musty and had a damp smell. The refrigerator was not clean. The ice smelled fishy. We were locked out of the condo at midnight because the digital key box ran out of battery and had to wait quite a bit outside the unit until we were able to get a code for a second lockbox with key inside. Although the location was excellent, I don’t recommend staying here.
