Ocean front brand new fully furnished holiday home

Enjoy unobstructed ocean view from the living room. Relax with the whole family on the large deck with beautiful views of ocean, beach and boardwalks. Experience spectacular fireworks from the balcony, right in front of the building.This unit is ocean facing newly constructed OceanHouse Condominiums.

Please note association policy no pets. So, no exceptions.
The space
2 bedroom condo with plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy unobstructed ocean view from the living room. Relax with the whole family on the large deck with beautiful views of ocean, beach and boardwalks. Experience spectacular fireworks from the balcony, right in front of the building. This unit is ocean front in the newly constructed OceanHouse Condominiums. Very close to the the Hampton State Park where concerts take place. Unit can sleep 8 people includes luxurious bedroom set and bunk beds in the second room and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Other things to note
During our off-peak monthly rental between October and May, unit is only rented monthly and the rent is deeply discounted which is less than one forth of our peak rates. We usually like to rent the place for the whole season with a minimum of one month. With monthly rentals, utilities are tenants responsibility.

Has potential

The location is the best thing about this property. Right across from the beach and the view from the balcony is great-especially for the fireworks. There is definitely potential here for an amazing place but it needs some work. The kitchen was clean but lacking in utensils and pots and pans were scattered throughout cabinets. There was plenty of seating at the counter and in the living room. The sofa and chair seemed fairly clean...until we pulled it out to sleep on. Yuck. Bedrooms were clean but only the main bed was made-the bunk beds were not. Some of the sheets were tossed onto the bed and some were still in the dryer. The sheet on the main bed was crusted with some blue gunk. There is a blackout curtain in the main bedroom but it doesn't block the light from the hallway very well (blackout shades and a curtain would be more effective). The bathroom needed a deep clean in general-but particularly the shower. The glass was grungy from hard water stains, the shelving unit was coming apart, and the shower head was super gross with black mold growing on it in several spots. Towels were provided, however they were just tossed into the closet and smelled when wet. The bath mat was soaked through and smelled so we hung it outside and weren't able to use it. Also, it would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own toilet paper (instructions just said to bring toiletries and napkins). Overall, the balcony and location are great but we probably won't be back.

Perfect spot

I rented this condo for a week with my husband and 2 teenage kids. It was a perfect location. Directly across from the beach, walking distance to all the shops and pavilion and a short drive I’d you wanted to venture out to eat and to beaches further up.
