“Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer ”

“The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food. Horizons Family Restaurant is literally in walking distance from the Inn which serves breakfast. Mike’s All Day Breakfast in Kennebunk was really good. If you like Mexican……

“The rooms and property were as advertised. As we were there during the off season, it was very quiet and peaceful. The property was close enough to walk to a different dining option each evening. The one "disappointing" factor was that the breakfast offered was noted as "buffet breakfast." Our own assessment is that it was actually a continental breakfast as there was no hot food served nor eggs. The plus side to the breakfast was that the breakfast attendant actually made the muffins fresh……

“I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. The chairs had worn, dollar-store-style seat cushions that were also filthy, and the rugs were old and visibly worn. There was a large gap in the front door jamb,……
