「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」

「My friend and I just wanted to get away for the night! So we only stayed one night but we hung out on the hot tub made friends and had a blast! The hotel is great. I didn’t have the breakfast cause I slept in. The shower is awesome. The water pressure was amazing. I didn’t give it a five stars just because five would be perfect」

「We had two major issues with our stay here. Our daughter is a junior at UNH, so we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area over the past few years while visiting her. We will never return to this property again. The hotel did not properly plow their parking lot which significantly reduced the size of their lot, and we were asked to park on the street (metered parking) over night. Also, the hotel allows dogs, and we had a guest with a dog stay in the room above us that barked and ran around...

「Hotel was clean. Had everything we needed. Great staff and great/clean food. Awesome location. This hotel was very great except the shower. The bathroom was cold and it’s an open door shower so it’s not warm till the end of the shower. Kind of defeats the purpose of having heated floors. I think the shower should have a door and better heat or better insulation for the bathroom window. The room has great heat and a bougie coffee/ tea maker. I would rate a 4 1/2 out of 5!」

「Parking was easy. Beds comfortable. Rooms and hotel outdated and a bit worn. The rooms seemed clean enough but I got my own cleaner and washed room down. Don't get me wrong decent enough room. If you decide to take an Uber in town or around I met a top notch great driver who dresses in a suite, pleasant demeanor, plays a little classical music: His name is Derrick and his direct cell is: 1-603-338-1145. Reasonable cheap prices with tips around town activies. 3/21/26」

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」
