This hotel is a very friendly environment. The front desk, especially Linda, was very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and very clean. The room service was addressed each day with a made bed and fresh towels. Will definitely stay there again and again.

Lack of good management and direction to staff. Room needed cleaning. Lack of standard amenities like soap dishes, full complement of coffee pods etc. booked room with one king bed but at check in only a handicap room was available but that was a lie. We did stay an extra night due to hotels location but we had limited choices. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and had similar experience but everyone should be given a second chance, they failed !

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. They staff greeted us every time we passed the front desk. The breakfast had a great variety with plenty of seating. The only negative (not a big deal but worth noting) was the music that was playing at breakfast as well as the tv being on and turned up and the surrounding conversations from other guests was a bit overwhelming and loud. A simple resolution would be to turn the music off during breakfast service or to plan ahead and use headphones for a more peaceful experience. They always had hot cocoa and coffee available in the lobby as well!
