This house was beautiful. So many memories made. The yard…. Holy smokes it was beautiful and well taken care of. From the cozy bedding, to the laundry things to paper and the special little touches, this was truly an amazing experience. We made so many memories and had fun catching up with family. The host was prompt……

“This home is in a great location! It is right off I-74 and convenient to everything we needed in the area. We loved that it is right next to the Duck Creek bike/walking trail. It also has very comfortable living room/den furniture for a short term rental. :)The ice machine in the fridge did not work, but the owners did kindly offer to bring ice to us. I would just suggest having some already on hand for your next guests. ”

“Great little cottage in LeClaire. We loved our stay. It had everything we needed and more. The multiple decks / sitting areas with views of the river were used often. From morning coffee to evening drink there’s always a perfect spot to sit and enjoy. I wish we were able to spend more time here but our weekend was busy. Highly recommend. ”

“We don’t live near family so when we come to visit we love staying in a family sized home. The house is in a great area with a short drive to everything. We took walks almost every night and even the neighbors were very friendly. Definitely recommend! ”

“You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. ”

“River’s Edge was perfect for our trip. We spent the week at a golf tournament at TPC Deere Run and this location was great. The house is very clean and inviting. The deck was amazing! We had rain a few days during our stay, so the covered deck, view and fire pit were perfect. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for any future trips. ”
