  • Aloha!

    Welcome to our home in the heart of Hana right above Hana Bay. Come relax in this 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom main house featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living space is perfect for visiting or watching a movie. A 4-person dining table and spacious covered deck are ideal for evening dinners with friends or reading a book on the lounger.

    Surrounded by lush greenery, convenient washer and dryer and the perfect central location, you are going to love our Hana Bay View home.

    *One item you might not have considered is the importance of travel insurance that covers a variety of situations, including, but not limited to, your rental expenses should you decide or need to cancel for reasons such as poor weather or leaving early for an emergency. In addition there are options for medical coverage during your trip. We urge all future guests to explore these available options.

    *Two night minimum stay, although we will book a one-night reservation if there is one night open between the reserved dates of other guests.

    *Please note: Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children over the age of two years old.

    *Hana Bay View is wifi equipped for your convenience, however service can be slower than normal at times due the remote location of Hana Town.

    Need space for more than 4 guests?
    Inquire about also renting the lower floor level for 2 additional guests which offers a king bed, full bathroom, wetbar, living room (with pull out couch) and dining table.

This house is in a lovely location! Easy to find and get to, easy parking and a really nice two bedroom. Each bedroom has its own AC, which can really help make sleeping comfy. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The deck is just fabulous any time of day or night, the stars are gorgeous! And as other reviews have mentioned, once you close the door in the bathroom, you could easily imagine yourself in any fancy hotel in Maui. Responsive host and lovely property.

The location was perfect for our needs. The house could use a deep clean. The A/C did not cool properly in one of the bedrooms. We texted the host upon our arrival at 6 PM. She did not respond until after we checked out. She only offered an apology but no offer to discount.

Great Location in Hana

Really enjoyed our stay in Hana. The home was very comfortable and centrally located. Loved hanging out on the lanai as the weather changed every 15 minutes. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Relaxing trip to Hana

We had a really nice stay at the Hana Bay View. The property had a really updated bathroom and good kitchen appliances. The covered deck was the best for winding down in the evening after all of our fun hiking and beach excursions! The AC in the bedrooms was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect!

This property was even better than the photos! Me, my husband, two teens, and a tween all stayed and it was perfect. Location was great! I was really worried about there not being ac in the livingroom and it was no problem at all! And the AC in the bedrooms worked great. Check in and check out was easy and property manager was so helpful. We would definitely recommend!! Thank you for everything!

Hana Home stay

We were evacuated from our condo in Kaanapali during the Lahaina fires. We could not find accommodations anywhere in the island driving into Kahului area. We had 2 nights stay in this house in Hana. The property manager was kind and helpful. She accommodated us downstairs which is usually for family until our unit was ready to occupy. They had guests staying there. We had a peaceful rest of our vacation and extremely thankful. Our prayers for the safety of the residents of Maui.

The place met our needs but we weren't aware of the neighboring huge cow pasture with loudly Mooing cows that don't smell the greatest. The road noise was and cow noise wasn't a problem with the windows closed. There were a fair amount of bugs-I know its Hana, so we weren't worried about it.

Good AC, not sure the towels were washed

There is not too much to choose from in this area and the condo was fine for our brief stay with 2 exceptions. One good thing is there was an AC unit in each of the bedrooms which was wonderful compared to other places we stayed during our trip. But I had two concerns during my stay. First, there were too many tiny bugs in the condo. I suppose it is expected in the tropical area (based on the owners comments about “critters” in their instructions) but was not something I was comfortable with. Also, not exactly crazy about lizards climbing the interior walls (happened twice). The most concerning thing was when I went to use a towel, there was a questionable dried stain on it and I noticed that the other towel from the bottom rack I pulled it from was folded in half rather than trifold. We did not use either of the towels from that rack because I am pretty sure they had not been washed between tenants. Ew. Overall, it was adequate but I would not stay again for those 2 reasons.

Beautiful home, beautiful town!

We only stayed two short nights, but after a long drive on the Road to Hana, we were so glad to have a clean, cozy, convenient home to pile into and rest from the travel. It had all the necessities, including AC in the two bedrooms. The balcony was amazing to sit and watch the rain roll in each day, and the breezes helped keep the rest of the home cool. The kitchen was well-stocked and we even used the dryer (outside) to quickly dry our wet suits and towels. Parking was just fine for our single vehicle, and access was perfect. Some have said the main road location caused a bit of noise, but we didn't notice it at night, only in the day, which didn't bother us, as we were only there for short periods of time between stops. The TV (streaming) and internet worked well, the ceiling fans rattled a bit, and the bugs came out at night if you left food around (so don't!). We would stay here again if we decided to do Hana next time!
