My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. 「We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Within about two hours, the unit was cleaned and ready for us. While we appreciated the fast response, some compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, as it...
