"This is probably one of the best experiences that I have had whilst travelling. Don't be misled by the "hostel" designation of this guest house - it is really a boutique, luxury residence in the heart of Daikon Island. First and foremost, the guesthouse owner, who speaks very good English, was very kind and drove me around the whole day. He picked me up from Yonago Airport and brought me to Yuushien Garden, and to lunch and dinner. He also took me on a tour of Sakaiminato and its port, and we...

"The hotel is a bit dated and evidences of renovations are everywhere, but the service is excellent and the hotel is clean and well run. The real bonus is the fact that both a buffet breakfast and a light dinner are provided free as part of the hotel bill. While not exactly gourmet, both the dinner and breakfast were more than adequate. A real bargain."
