"The hotel was clean and located reasonably close to the train station. The breakfast was good and the public bath was excellent. The dinosaur check in and check out was fun and a real staff member was available if necessary. One improvement would be changing the pillow(s). The waffle pillow(s) provided were not very comfortable so replacing it/them with a normal pillow would be appreciated."

"We have an early flight out of KIX, so we choose this hotel for the location. It was perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Brassiere, and then walked one minute across the skywalk into Terminal 1. The breakfast was 10/10, lots of delicious fresh food. The restaurant also kept our luggage for us, so we were free to dine worry-free. The hotel was huge, specious, and very modern. Their shampoos, lotions, facial cleanser was also high quality, top of the line. I would come back here again."
