「I hope to stay at Stone Park again. This is a relatively new property - nice luxury suites right outside the popular town of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Super clean and up-to-date rooms, with log-cabin decor. Close to numerous lobster pounds and other activities. Staff was extremely polite to us at check-in and attentive to our needs. 」

「We stayed here 2 nights and I wish we had stayed longer. For starters, Aaron is the best host - he’s kind and offered insight and printed maps for us with highlights of where to go and when for Acadia. When I say friendly, it’s an understatement. And anything you need - they will do what they can to accommodate. The cabins are perfect, comfortable beds and conveniently located. I can’t say enough good things. Will absolutely stay again when we’re back in the area」

「Our stay at this cabin was perfect for our family. Watching the pink sunrises across the lake each morning was breathtaking. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning reading my book and listening to the loons, and in the evenings sitting outside playing games. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing off the dock, my husband enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake, and our golden lab enjoyed sunning herself on the deck. We hope to return to this location again. 「This is a great place to get away from it all. It was really nice to have a place on the water and sit around a campfire in the evening. The house/cottage is very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. There aren't any stores or restaurants nearby, so stop at a grocery store in Ellsworth. There might be some firewood left by others, but it would be best to purchase some camp wood on the way. It is sold by seemingly everybody. Bar Harbor is an hour away by car. 」

「Upon checking in, my partner started to have a bad reaction to all of the fresh exposed wood in the house. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. I will just say that the new property was so nice, it was a step down when we finally returned home after the vacation. Amanda rocks!!!」

「The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. 」

「The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...
