I have to say that it is hard to recognize our team in your description, as we know them to be professional yet heartfelt team members who typically would take great pride in caring for their guests. During the check-in process, it is the procedure to inform our guest about the benefits and information of the hotel. Also, we provide a tablet with hotel information to ensure that the guest will enjoy their time with us as much as possible. Regarding shower supplies in the shower room and towels at the swimming pool area and the service at clubhouse restaurant, the team does try very hard to ensure that our guests are satisfied and that we live up to our standards of providing the best possible service. Unfortunately, we did not get an opportunity to acknowledge the issue and amend matters during your stay. We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations.
