After hours of driving, we arrived at the property. Drove around many times because it didn't look like the photos. Photos of the alley, behind the home, and its placement in the neighborhood would be quite informative. We did not even go in. We found lodging elsewhere, although we have to pay for this rental. That is how unnerving it was for us. The owner was quite responsive before the booking and accommodating about a later checkout--the times posted on the site are incorrect. Perhaps backwards? The property is a short walk to an outdoor concert venue, something to know if you stay on a weekend. Quite loud. It is "centrally located" between caves and downtown. Clearly, this property is attempting to be renovated, which is fine. But the photos of its location and house repair are not presented.To be fair, we didn't walk in, so our "stars" do not reflect inside.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we’d been duped. The entrance isn’t even in the front of the house like the listing shows - it’s around the back, completely covered in bird poop. Covered, like not cleaned in months. Inside wasn’t better, the house reeked of chemical fumes from recently refinished floors. So strong it was hard to breathe. It was completing to stay in. As if that wasn’t enough, there were flies everywhere and an old gross mattress outside with bugs all over it. This place was misleading in every way. We left immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

We stayed here while visiting family in town and didn’t want to book multiple hotel rooms. This was perfect for our family. Very conveniently located close to downtown. Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. House was accurately described in the listed and everything was very clean and comfortable!
