“Our son graduated from SUNY Oswego and we wanted to be close to his frat house. The location was terrific. We were able to walk to my son’s house and the bars/restaurants. ”

“We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. ”

“The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor……

“This home accommodated 12 adults comfortably; there was plenty of space! Our group enjoyed the huge back yard with access to the water. We purchased firewood at a local store and sat around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, golf courses and so much more. We ordered pizza from a place just down the road one evening. The host was excellent with communication! He even allowed us to have additional family members come visit for a few hours one……
