In 10 Minuten am Steinhuder Meer

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in netter Ferienwohnung - das Hochhaus ist nicht das schönste in Steinhude... Aber die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in ein paar Minuten am Steinhuder Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Erholung am Steinhuder Meer

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann sich wirklich wohl fühlen. Schade nur das man das Schwimmbad nicht nutzen konnte. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist leider nicht mehr die bequemste. Aber ansonsten hatten wir schöne Urlaubstage.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Die Umbaumaßnahme waren morgens etwas störend aber gut zu ertragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock auf der Ostseite eines großen Wohnungskomplexes. Das Haus sowie die Flure sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ein gemeinschaftlicher, abschließbarer Fahrradkeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall Fahrräder mit zu nehmen. Bis zum „Zentrum“ sind es ca. 1,5km und zum Badestrand kommt man so auch gemütlicher. Das einzige was unserer Meinung noch zu optimieren wäre ist die Klimaanlage. Die ist etwas unterdimensioniert, aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau denn zusätzlich ist auch noch ein Ventilator vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen

Für einen Kurzurlaub am Steinhuder Meer optimal. Sehr schöne Wohnung, netter Vermieter, gute Lage. Sauna konnte genutzt werden, das Schwimmbad wird gerade renoviert. Fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung im großen Komplex

Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr nett und informativ - nochmals danke für den Sekt und das Wasser :0) In der Wohnung habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Wohnkomplex selbst ist groß, mit vielen bewohnten Wohnungen (Alltagsgeräusche und -gerüche). Es war stets sauber und ordentlich. Für einen Wanderurlaub sehr empfehlenswert. Über den kostenlosen Tiefgaragenpatkplatz habe ich mich sehr gefreut (leider nix für ungeübte Fahrer mit großen Autos).

Super Lage, traumhafte Wohnung mit Blick auf Steinhuder Meer

Die Wohnung entspricht den höchsten Ansprüchen und ist sehr ruhig , war geschäftlich unterwegs. Dchwimmbad und Sauna befindet sich auch im Haus, habe sehr gut geschlafen, super bequemes Bett. Entspannung pur! Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Danke komme wieder!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders die Lage, der geschlossene Balkon und die Sauberkeit hat uns gefallen.
