地點適中，附近餐廳多。地板清潔度有待改善，電視櫃拉門損壞。隔音較差。服務人員態度不錯，房間面積也大，價格實惠。整體來說還是推薦其他旅客入住。

Our hotel is located on the biggest street of Hanoi Center and quite close to Hoankiem lake. Relating the facilities, the design is classic but our furniture is made by natural wood and they are really eco-frienlly furniture. They are expensive but very good quality and non-toxic which are different with industrial furniture that other hotels are using in Hanoi. Relating your bad review , it is opposite with all guest reviews who came here and shared their review within 6 months. We didn’t received any complaint for the last six months. We try to satisfy the guest request but sometime your request can’t be approved because it is not suitable with booking policy. We understood your purpose to cancel the booking because of your private reason not due to our service. Anyway, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced at our hotel and want you to know that this is not the type of service we pride ourselves on delivering to our guests. 친절한 직원들^^
일본인 친구가 팩키지로 예약한 곳이라 그냥 같은 곳으로 가족들도 예약한 곳이었는데 가격대비 괜찮고, 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절했어요~

ハノイ連泊を楽しんで１週間
ハノイは初めてでしたが治安もよく、ホテルも安心できるところでした。スタッフも親切です。 ただ一部両替のときはしっかりレートを確認する必要があることを学びました。せっかく 全体のスタッフががんばっているのにちょっと残念でしたがこちらが確認しないことが 悪いと反省しています。

베트남에서 보낸 일주일중 가장 불편했던 호텔
체크인할땐 친절히 맞아주었지만 그게 다였다. 무료로 업그레이드해줘서 좋다고 객실에 들어갔으나 베트남에 일주일째 머물며 여러호텔들을 다니고있는데, 머문 호텔중에 객실 청결상태가 최악이었다. 침대시트와 이불, 베개가 누렇게 물들어있었고 전체적으로 오래된것 같았다. 복도와 객실에선 담배냄새가 남. 조식은 정말 먹을것이 없어 빵 두조각에 커피한잔 마시고 나와버림. 다른 가성비 좋은 호텔들과 비교해 나은점이 전혀 없음. 전혀 추천해주고싶지 않은 호텔.

お部屋が綺麗で清潔。とても過ごしやすかったです。
4日間の滞在で２部屋利用させて頂きました。 １人でシングルの部屋を利用するはずだったが、シーズンオフのため、ファミリールームも数日間利用させてもらいました。 Ｇ階には中華レストランがあります。１回階まで階段ですが、ドアマンがいます。 ホテル内にはエレベーターがあります。 各部屋には ボディータオル フェイスタオル 歯ブラシ シャンプー 石けん くし 耳綿棒 シャンプーハット ドライヤー 湯沸かし器 冷蔵庫 コーヒー ミネラルウォーターが置いてあります。 ミネラルウォーターは毎日２本無料でもらえます。(１人でファミリー、ダブル使用のため) お部屋は白を基調としています。 家具とマッチしていてとても落ち着ける感じです。 バスルームにはバスタブがありお湯がでます。 テレビはＮＨＫがon timeで映ります。(時差考慮) エアコンはがんがん効きます。 wifi良好。 毎日のアメニティーの補充、お部屋を清潔に保ってくれたことが嬉しかったです。 ファミリールームはとても広くてソファーセットがあります。 正面大通り沿いの部屋ですが、外の音は気になりませんでした。 とにかく広い広い広い ^^) ダブルルームは内窓しかなく外の様子がわかりませんでした。 お部屋は綺麗で清潔。 花が飾られていたので閉鎖感が少し和らぎました。 朝食はミニフォー、トースト、サラダ、フルーツ、ドリンク類、などなどシンプルです。 フルーツがとても美味しかったです。外食帰りに寄るのが(^_-)-☆ ホテルの方たちはとても親切でした。日本語が話せる方もいて安心です。 若い方たちが働いていて、サービス向上に日々勤めているのが分かりました(^^♪ ホテルからは徒歩 ハノイの生活が垣間見えるホム市場まで５分 ホアンキエム湖まで１５分 旧市街まで２５分位 ロンビエンバスターミナル駅までのバス停はすぐ近くにあります。 また、すごく美味しいブンチャーのお店がホテルの真向かいにあります。 次も泊まりたいホテルです。 ありがとうございました。
