Friendly staff. The hotel is recently opened and both the exterior and interior are exquisite. The breakfast was amazing as well. Definitely will stay here again.

As a frequent traveler to various destinations in Vietnam, I often stay at international branded hotels. However, my recent stay at Elegant Mansion88 marks my first experience here, and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my choice. Situated in the prime location of West Lake, Elegant Mansion88 boasts a stunning setting that resembles a private villa, offering a luxurious and intimate ambiance. The hotel features brand-new, luxurious facilities scheduled to open at the end of 2023. My room is spacious and elegantly designed in the Indochina style, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that evoke the feeling of residing in a traditional Vietnamese house, but with a modern touch in 2024. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed by the delicious Vietnamese Pho served, prepared in true Hanoi style. Only 10 minutes away from the bustling Old Quarter, Elegant Mansion88 provides a completely different experience of Hanoi, with its serene surroundings and tranquil atmosphere. Without a doubt, I will choose Elegant Mansion88 for my future visits, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic experience of Hanoi's architecture, cuisine, and sophistication.

Das im Elegant Mansion 88 umgesetzte Konzept, geht über den Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels weit hinaus. Hier wurde und wird jedem Detail hohe Achtsamkeit geschenkt, die sich in der harmonischen Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten, ebenso wie in der Gestaltung der Außenanlagen wieder spiegelt. Das Elegant Mansion 88 bietet einen harmonischen Rückzugsort in der betriebsamen Metropole Hanoi´s und das Flair eines Grand Hotels. Die gleichbleibend hohe Service-Qualität der aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, der hochwertigen vietnamesischen / internationalen Küche und die sensitive Atmosphäre im Hotel, sprechen alle 5 Sinne an und führen zu einem hohen Wohlbefinden. Es scheint das hier alles seinen richtigen Platz gefunden hat und eine Energie von stiller Freude, Raum für besondere Begegnungen bietet. Wer hier einmal seinen Blick bei einem vietnamesischen Kaffee, oder Tee über den West Lake hat schweifen lassen, wird wissen, wovon ich spreche. The property was the most amazing property I stayed at in Vietnam. It was luxurious and exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond and spoke English very well. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Ha Noi

We highly enjoyed our stay. We wanted to stay somewhere off the beaten path, less touristy area and this hotel’s location was perfect. It overlooks a grand West Lake so the vibe was a good mix of serenity and the city’s hustle and bustle. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants to explore around, but it was also fairly easy to go to the Old Quarter or other attractions. Sunsets are beautiful. Amenities were new and the service was friendly and wonderful. I especially loved the infinity pool that seemed to merge with the lake. We felt very relaxed after our stay and would love to come back again!
