目前為止住過最糟的飯店
家庭式經營的飯店 前台服務態度極差，有強烈反華人傾向，主動挑起國家定位的敏感議題來貶低客人。 Check in時，因為我們用中文對前台說服務態度很差，竟用英文回髒話。 在不需要客房服務的的時間以及房客不在房間時，沒有經過房客允許直接闖進房間關掉空調，卻反過頭來質問我們為什麼離開房間不關空調。 被單有異味，跟前台反應後，歷經三個人檢查，耗費將近一個小時才做更換。 飯店不充許有訪客進房拜訪，以get out of my hotel強烈字眼趕人。 詢問tour，認為飯店提供的價錢較貴而不購買，員工態度立即變得相當不友善。 從外地寄送行李至飯店前，已請外縣市的旅館務必先詢問此飯店是否可以幫忙代收，行李送達飯店後，飯店卻指責我們為什麼在沒有告訴他們的情況下就將包裏寄送至飯店，這也導致他們於我們入住後處處刁難 連住三天，只有第一天提供免費的礦泉水 早餐只有七種可以選，連續三天的早餐，都有螞蟻屍體

The hotel needs to improve the cleanness work
Pro: 1. Hotel is located in old quarter with many Vietnamese foods and shops, not far from the puppet theater 2. Budget price with breakfast served individually with good coffee 3. English speaking staff helps a lot. Con: 1. The hotel needs to improve the cleanness work. When we checked in, the bed linen has been used and they didn't change it. This is NOT acceptable. 2. they don't provide the iron, while you can find a laundry service just next door.

地理位置佳
才下訂單就收到酒店的聯絡電郵，才知道酒店可代安排機場接送和申請辦理落地簽證的文件，溝通過程順暢，回覆也快，價格也合理，就請酒店代辦了。到酒店後才知道電郵溝通的原來就是東主太太，東主夫婦人很好，每天都會跟我們打招呼問好，還說我們到訪時剛好踫到TET假期，許多值得一試的店都休息了比較可惜，而且他們是真心的為顧客著想。房間裝飾簡單但有特色，設施基本實用，住宿期間還是相當滿意的。

Great staff, but the property needs refurbishing and cleaning. Many things are dingy, not working and outdated. Great location in the middle of everything. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you won’t find it here. If you’re looking to be in the action for a very cheap price and an ok private en-suite room this is for you.

The thing about this Hotel that I appreciated the most was the staff. They all went above & beyond for me, my partner, and friends during our stay. They were extremely accommodating to our specific needs of the trip. Arranging taxis, tours, and syncing up our booking with our friends etc. Viet was extremely welcoming and informative during our entire stay. He gave tons of amazing recommendations for food and sites to see. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy. The breakfast and coffee served here was also awesome! The banana pancakes are a must try! I will definitely be returning to Finnegans hotel when I return to Hanoi!

직원분들은 친절하시고 좋았는데, 문제는 동남아지만 추워서 떨면서 잤구요 침구가 그렇게 깨끗하진않아요ㅜㅜ 청소는해주시지만... 저렴해서그런가싶고... 제일큰 문제는 뜨거운물이 안나와서 냉수샤워....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ추운게 젤 힘들었어요 생각보다 그렇게 씨끄럽진않았고 테라스가 너무 좋았어요ㅎㅎㅎ 추천 비추천 반반입니다....하핳 저렴하면됬지모하면 추천이구요 위치가 너무좋거든요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Das Zimmer stank ziemlich und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich. Es ist relativ laut aber dafür ist die Lage sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr nett.

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me easily book a car to the airport and at an incredibly reasonable price, no rip offs here! They also offered to print out my boarding pass (something I didn’t even think to ask.) The staff was always so friendly through my whole stay and the rooms were comfortable and clean! My only complaint would be, certain sides of the hotel boarder with the hostel next door so if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Just be sure to ask for a quieter room and you’ll be golden! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Hanoi! :)

I was so happy to be there. Especially staff was so kind and nice. Although it was little noisy around my room, but not so much to bother my sleeping. The best thing here is hotel location which is in center of many entertainments.

일단 하노이에서 가성비가 좋은것 같아요. 객실도 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 있고, 특히 전 흡연자인데 방에 작은 테라스가 있고 거기 작은 테이블이랑 의자가 있어서 흡연하기 좋더라구요. 그리고 주변에 필요한 시설들은 다 있는것 같아요. 비록 시내에서는 좀 멀고, 조금 외지긴 하지만요. 다만 수건을 바스타올 2장만 주네요. 일반 세면타올은 주지 않더군요. 그리고 밤이되면 주변에 노상술집이 많은지 좀 늦게까지 시끄럽습니다. 그것 빼곤 다 좋았어요.

Dear Mr, As we showed you on arrival that we did not have your booking in our Expedia extranet so we have no responsibility for your booking. You should claim on the website where you booked.The hotel did not charged your card so you should contact the website where you booked about the refund. You can check with the bank who charged your card and requested them about the refund.

The manager was extremely helpful. He gave me a map and great suggestions of where to eat in the city. The hotel is in an exciting area with lots of food, bars and clubs. I would strongly recommend staying here, especially if you like to party at night. It’s cheap too.

여기가 왜 평이 높은지 모르겠네요~ 직원인지 사장님인지..여튼 친절하긴 합니다 그런데 딱 거기까지구요~ 시설 별로에요, 방 좁구요, 옷장이 없고..옷 두벌 걸 수있는 옷걸이모양 거치대?있어요 그리고 이불이 뽀송하지 않고..뭔가 덜마른 것 같았어요(비가와서 그럴수도?) 에어컨에서 물도 떨어지구요ㅠ 그리고 최악은 샤워기에요 진짜 여행 꽤 다녀봤는데 이런 샤워기 첨봤어요ㅋㅋ 샤워기에서 물이 안개미스트처럼 나오는데 완전 따갑게 나와요.........가까이,멀리 어떻게 사용해도 따가워요 물이 안개미스트처럼 나오는데 수압도 미스트처럼 아주아주 약합니다!!! 그런데 따가워요ㅠㅠ 머리감다 화병날뻔....ㅜㅜㅜ 그리고 호텔이 골목에 있는데, 이 골목에 차 진입금지에요(차 못들어옵니다) 또 가장 기분이 나빴던거는 제가 현지에서 투어예약을 했는데(호텔에서 한거 아닙니다) 픽업을 아침8시15분~8시45분 사이에 오니, 호텔로비에서 기다리면 가이드가 저를 데리러온다고 했는데요. 당일 아침7시50분에 로비에서 전화가 오더라구요 (가이드가 널 데리러왔다고) 그래서 알겠다 하고 내려가려고 마지막 짐 챙기고 있는데, 누가 방문을 두드립디다~가이드 였어요 내려오라고 전화한지 2분 지났었어요 왜 기분이 나쁘냐면, 내 방번호을 왜 마음대로 알려주는거죠? 여튼 이 이야기를 빼도, 여긴 별로였어요 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않아요!

I have never felt safer or more comfortable or better taken care of in any hotel. Just exceptional in every way. The staff are lovely and kind and super helpful, and the hotel and associated travel agency are run like clockwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience -- just like home only better than home!

Appalling Service!!! DO NOT STAY!!!
Most shocking hotel service at Finnegans in Hanoi!! This was not the usual treatment one expects in Vietnam. The lobby manager was horrible!!! We are three travelers and I (male) booked this hotel since it had a "Fabulous 8.6 Rating" and was close to our previous V Maison Hotel, who were booked and had no spare rooms for the mother-daughter to change in. We needed a place to house our luggage and change clothes for last-minute massage and shopping, before flying out on the redeye. However, the Finnegans manager refused access for the senior to retrieve her luggage. I was appalled! I told him I would not use the room so he could still keep the two-person occupancy rule, but he still refused since my name was on the booking. His behavior was most shocking and unacceptable. Every Viet hotel we had stayed at provided excellent service—more typical was they go out of their way to please us. For example, Cherry at Holiday Villa in Hoi An helped arrange a taxi to get us out of this horrible hotel experience. (This same manager also scolded a young family of four for touching the aquarium display set out at the street entrance—they were drawn by the fish in the tank.) And when we asked for his name and his managers/owners, he refused to provide us the info to document this tragic incident. Please DO NOT stay at this hotel!

I'm the manager who tried to talk to you on the phone but you didn’t listen to. You gave me no chance to talk to. Your voice was so loud. As you told me, our hotel was recommended by lot of guests so that means we are good. You booked a room for 2 but you wanted to stay for 3. It was your fault. You did not inform us in advance and when we tried to explain to you to find the way, you got angry . We tried our best to make the most comfortable stay for our guests but it must be under our policy, if not, the hotel will be like a market. It'll not safe for our guests. We also allowed you to keep all your friends’ luggage in the room. You are Vietnamese so you know our Altar is very important and we have to respect BUT you got your change infront of our Altar! We offered you staff room to change but you did not want. I felt asham for your action. Did you remember the man ( our guest) who you tried to talk with? He told me that he never met the rude guest like you. He stayed on the 2nd floor so he proved all. After check in, you tried to make problem with us and request for refund. When the hotel refused to refund, you threatened to write a bad review. Nowaday, this is very common way of the bad travelers who want to stay but don't want to pay. We never scold children who want to see our aquarium, we just told them not to put hands in to the fishes. We are not scare when you threatened because we do the right things and our other guests are very smart, they know what is the right

Great stay
Stayed 2 nights and they looked after our luggage for a third when we did a Halong Bay cruise. Lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Only concern was that we organised a transfer and when we got to the corner of the street where the hotel was, the owner came to meet us and take us along to the hotel. Fine, except that we didn't know where we were or who he was. He opened the door of the taxi and my first reaction to close and lock the taxi door. I know he was being helpful but a message to say this would happen wouldn't have gone amiss. I was a bit scared, to be honest.

매우 만족, 위치 서비스, 방 상태 매우 양호,
굉장히 만족 스러웠습니다. 약간 시끄럽기는 하지만 그게 호안끼엠의 분위기라 불만스럽지 않았고, 창문을 닫으면 조용했습니다. 또한 작은 테라스가 있어 밤에 호안기엠의 분위기를 숙소에서 단둘이 즐길수 있었습니다. 그리고 조식은 무난했으며, 직원들의 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

旧市街にあるホテル
旧市街にあるため、基本的にごちゃごちゃしてわかりにくいです。 ホテルの場所を見つけるのに二回通り過ぎました。 シャワーの温度調節が難しく、熱湯になってしまい、軽くヤケドをしてしまいました。 部屋の鍵も硬く開けづらいです。 スタッフの対応が良かったのがせめての救いです。 朝食は、朝７時からと言われたので７時半くらいに行った所、まだ準備が出来ていなかった。 旧市街の雰囲気を味わうだけなら良いと思います。

A l'arrivée, déjà le personnel nous attendait et la chambre était bien préparée. un court instant a suffit pour comprendre que nous étions comme a la maison. Grande chambre avec balcon, donnant sur la rue , animé mais agréable. Petite table et deux chaises pour prendre l'apéro. La douche est la meilleure que nous ayons eu de tout notre séjour d'un mois au Vietnam. Les déjeuners étaient toujours superbement offerts, avec quantité de fruits frais (5 sortes), excellent café, œufs, crêpes, céréales, le tout préparé pour nous quotidiennement, et amicalement. Le personnel était charmant.La chambre bien nettoyée et café et thé pouvaient se prendre sur place. Toutes les commodités étaient lâ. Petit frigo et air climatisé en parfait état de marche. Donc, un petit trésor a partager avec vos amis !!!!
