더블베드가 아닌 싱글베드 2개 방으로 안내받았고, 새벽 5시, 새벽 8시에 성당에서 종치고, 새벽6시에 문앞에서 박스테이프 뜯는소리 15분간 들리고, 창문쪽에서 환풍기 소리 계속 들리는데 끌수가 없어서 자는데 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 근처는 밤에 너무 음침했고, 편의점도 하나 없어서 불편했어요.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The manager gave us helpful travel advice and made sure our needs were all met. We recommend booking the room with balcony view. The street view from the balcony was so pretty. We even got a thrilling motor bike ride from him and his assistant to Hanoi's Train Street!

Nada más llegar nos enviaron al hotel de enfrente, de una calidad infame, porque, a pesar de haber reservado con muchísima antelación, no tenían preparada la habitación. Al día siguiente nos hicieron trasladarnos a una habitación detestable, sin ventanas, aunque estaban libres algunas habitaciones exteriores, con sábanas rotas y amarillentas, toallas tan finas como papel... Y una limpieza muy mejorable. Sólo había que ver a las camareras de las habitaciones sentadas por las escaleras comiendo constantemente. Un horror! Y no nos fuimos de allí corriendo porque mi marido se achantó.

Pre-booked our room July 13, cos we are arriving 2AM of July 14. A staff with broken English met us upon arrival and gave us a room on the 8th Floor. It was very disappointing because the room we booked is a Triple Room with 3 beds - but on the first night - they gave us a Suite Room with just 1 Bed, and that room is really dirty - it has not been cleaned yet. Too tired from the long trip, we saved our complaints as they promised to give us the correct room the following morning. On our 3rd day though, we weren't able to order breakfast because their kitchen ran out of gas. :( And we were told to wait for 30 minutes. We couldn't wait that long as our pick up for City Tour will arrive by then already. Will not recommend this hotel. My niece who booked 2 rooms at this hotel has a more terrible experience.

1階の部屋はゲストルームに相応しくないのでは?
一階の部屋を3泊させていただきました。 常に沢山のハエ(20~30匹ぐらい)わいており、また、廊下やフロントの声が部屋まで響きわたり不快な環境でした。 他のフロアに泊まった友人の部屋は、上記のような 状態ではなかったそうです。

We saw that the most serious trouble here is your room has no window and you feel not good from the start to the end. We have double check your booking and found that you have booked our standard room only which comes with no window – no view. We have arranged your stay in correct room that you booked and we also inform about the room information clearly on Expedia.com or hotels.com. Please, be noted that we did nothing wrong here. We think that you should read carefully about the room before you book any hotel as most hotel in Hanoi has the room with no window due to the construction surrounding in the old city center. 길모퉁이만 돌면 성요셉성당이 나오고, 호안끼엠 호수와도 가까워서 다니기 아주 좋았습니다 다음날 하롱베이 갈때도 리무진이 호텔앞까지 와서 차타기도 아주 좋았어요. 체크인후 피자포피스가서 늦은 점심먹고 호수주변 산책하다 들어온후 룸테이블 아래서 기내용 캐리어를 발견, 데스크에 전화걸어 치워달라고 해서 호텔측서 가져갔는데...투숙객 나가고 룸청소를 대충~했나봅니다. 좀 찜찜했지만 하루 잘자고 나왔어요. ( 눈으로 보기엔 룸이나 욕실이나 깨끗했지만, 모르는 캐리어가 있었음로 청결도 점수 깎았습니다 )

테라스룸으로 예약하세요. 조식은 없다 생각해도 무방합니다.먹을게 없어요. 직원은 나름 친절해요. 오토바이소리 겁나 납니다만.. 이건 어느호텔이든 비슷할거예요ㅋ 이중창인데가 없어요.위치 좋습니다. 다니기 좋고 슈퍼 옆에있고. 약국도 많고 맛집도 가깝습니다. 침구는 살짝 꿉꿉하지만 동남아 패스 하노이에 다시는 안오겠지만 온다면 이곳 또는 비슷한데 묵을것같아요

An amazing stay in Hanoi - comes highly recommended!!! I can’t begin to express how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel, I wish I had more nights here due to the amazing service, comfortable rooms and of course Hanoi itself! I am a solo traveller and so far I haven’t experienced such wonderful service from any other hotels thus far. John, the part owner of the hotel went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, I cannot fault his service, he booked excursions for me matching what I wanted to do. He was also kind enough to pay for all the excursions and said I can pay at the end to make it easier. He was very genuine in his approach, I trusted him and he made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and had a nice variation. I honestly felt like I was welcomed into someone’s home, if only all hotels could be as hospitable as this one I think it would make hotel experiences just that much better. The rooms may be small for a couple, but it was perfect for me, it was comfortable, quiet and clean. They also provide a lot of toiletries, a kettle and free water bottles. Oh and the hotel staff even drove me to the nearest cash point to withdraw cash, which was so convenient!! They were even kind enough to give me a gift just before I left, Vietnamese coffee. I will definitely be coming back to Hanoi and when I do I will be staying here again.

위치상으로 무난하지만, 방음과 직원들의 접대가 아쉽습니다.
주변의 관광지가 두루 가까운 곳이라서 걸어다니기에 무난한 위치에 있습니다. 객실은 비교적 깨끗한 편입니다. 가까이에 성당이 있어서 새벽시간 대에 종소리가 들립니다. 방음이 시원찮습니다. 새벽 시간대에 체크인을 하겠다고 미리 메시지를 남겼는데, 대기하는 직원은 있었으나 묵으려는 방이 '수리중'이라는 알 수 없는 이유를 대고, 근처의 자매호텔로 이동시켜서 총 3박 중 첫1박을 묵었습니다. 다음날 12시 넘어서까지 객실 이용을 못 한 걸로 미루어 보아, 저와 일행이 새벽 늦게 도착하는 점을 악용해서 중복 예약을 받은 것 아닌가 하는 의심이 듭니다. 엘리베이터가 있고, 화장실은 작지만 무난했으며, 뜨거운 물도 비교적 양호하게 나왔습니다. 다만 수량이나 수압은 한국을 생각하면 안 되겠더라구요. 층마다 와이파이가 있지만, 신호 세기도 약하고 인터넷 속도도 빠르지 않습니다. 저는 vietnamobile 유심을 한국에서 구매해서 사용했는데, 이 유심이 제공하는 인터넷 속도보다 호텔 와이파이가 더 느립니다. 그리고 특이하게, 호텔 로비(1층)에서는 모바일 데이터 이용이 불가능하게 되는 특징(음영지역)이 있습니다. 조식은 4가지 메뉴(쌀국수, 오믈렛, 팬케잌, 외 1가지 메뉴는 생각이 안납니다) 중에서 1가지를 선택해서 제공하며, 쌀국수는 외부 음식점에서 조리한 것을 가져오는 형태이고 나머지는 호텔내에서 조리해서 제공합니다. 쌀국수와 오믈렛은 먹을만 하고, 팬케잌은 그냥 밍밍한 맛입니다. 쌀국수 중 소고기 베이스(pho bo)가 닭고기 베이스(pho ga)보다 약간 낫습니다. 그 외 기본적으로 쥬스, 요거트, 과일, 시리얼 등이 비치되어 있어서 이것을 자유롭게 먹어도 됩니다. 직원이 총 4명 있으며 시간대로 번갈아가면서 자리를 지키는 모양입니다. 심야 시간대에는 단순 체크인만 하는 조금 어린 직원, 아침에는 가장 경력 있어 보이는 직원, 오후에는 말 수가 적은 직원, 저녁에는 다소 날카로운 인상을 주는 직원이 있습니다. 호텔에서 하노이 바깥쪽 지역에 대한 투어를 굉장히 적극적으로 영업한다는 인상을 받았습니다. 사전에 예약한 투어가 있으면 초장에 반드시 거절하세요. 종합적으로 무난하다고 볼 수 있지만, 수면 시간대에 소음에 민감하신 분들께는 추천하지 않습니다.

This is the duxule room and the room is more spacious. The only trouble is the noise from outside which leds to shorter sleeping. We have informed you to move to another hotel which is opposite side to our hotel - and upgrade to the room with window but we respect your choice to stay in our hotel at the end. Great clean hotel and location
Great location. Close to the main church so close to many food places shopping and the lake. Had a little issue with them charging me for laundry I didn’t do. I had cancelled it and it seems I was still billed. Also they tried to charge me 15usd for trip back to airport and it was really 10usd. Staff are courteous would stay again. I hope those things were one off. I didn’t have the breakfast

You have used 2 beers ( US$3) + Laundry ( US$1.5) + Airport taxi ( US$10) Total paid: US$15 only. We have clear policy and price for the laundry in the room and you saw it. Regarding to the airport transfer, we normally charge the guest US$15/ Private car 1 way to the airport and it is not expensive at all. This is private car not the fake taxi outside that you can negotiate at US$10 as you mentioned. If you still consider on the taxi fare and the total bills. Had a great stay at the Galliot. Staff was super nice and welcoming! Room was quite large. Only complaint would be - we had front balcony room, a bit noisy in the morning maybe better farther back.

Really enjoyed our stay in this brand new hotel! Excellent hotel with great service. Would recommend. Also this area in Hanoi is really nice. Many good restaurants and things to do near the hotel.

I love this hotel!!!!! This is newly renovated new hotel. I book this hotel about month ago 7nights but because I could not find this hotel’s real pictures or review I decided only book 2 nights instead of 7nights and see if I want to stay longer. When I get here with 2 of my friends. They know who I was detail of my booking and everything. Hotel staffs are amazing every day and night always smiling always polite trying to help us with street and tours. Breakfast was amazing i had pho This morning. Love the location too! We can reach to everywhere it’s behind cathedral church so supper easy to find easy to exchange your money, banks are so close by! And plus amazing price! I am writing this while I am still staying this hotel. Don’t miss out you won’t regret!
