You can hear everything outside of your room. Especially in the morning, you‘ll wake up from the noise of the staff or people. But overall the check-in was easy and smooth, I had a great time in Hanoi.

This was perfect for us as we used to live in Hanoi but came back for 10 days for a visit. the hotel is located in a lovely area to stay and everywhere in central Hanoi is easily reached. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet at night for Hanoi standards

Incredible service

They have an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.

Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Adequate room for two. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. And, yes, there was plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Plenty of choices. Location was good. Just off a busy street. Market, coffee, McDonald's, and mall all within a 10-minute walk. Definately a convenient location. No complaints.

浴槽ありの部屋を予約したのですが、浴槽がなく、忙しかったので部屋を変えてもらうこともしませんでしたが、浴槽がないのに、浴槽のある部屋の料金なのが不思議でした。スタッフが英語がわかると良いですね。対応は非常によかったし、お部屋もいつもきれいにお掃除してありました。
