Staff很熱情有禮，服務周到，check in讓我們先坐下，staff check in完成才過來告訴我們。然後welcome drink也很suprised，我告知staff因為我有孕，不能喝西瓜汁，有否其他，staff說沒有其他果汁，檸檬茶可以嗎？So sweet！我們租了有露台的premium room，可惜天氣熱，而且露台太小，根本沒有機會用到。唯一不足是花灑水太小，不知是越南都是如此，還是這酒店如是。

Just a fair choice, not as good as comments

The location is very good. 10mins walk to town centre. The room is fair, clean but not much decoration, breakfast is fair. General is not bad.

We staid their for 3 nights and it was perfect! The rooms are clean and big...the bed is super comfy and the bathroom has everything you need:) the stuff was super friendly and very kind. Thank you...we will come back

Good hotel in a Great Location. It was quiet quite as well considering the location. The breakfast was superb, i was surprised how good it was especially the omelette. Great affordable spot!

The hotel was in good location, walking distance from everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent size and clean. Breakfasrlt was good. Would recommend if you want to stay close to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

中心街にあり喧噪すごいため仕方ないが、部屋の狭さと窓が無い点が気になった。朝食会場は人が詰まっているため、出費はあるが開放的に外で好きなものを食べた方がベターかなと思います。中心街のショッピングと食べ歩きのの拠点としては、抜群のロケーションです。

Zentrales Hotel zu günstigem Preis

Check-in + check-ou weithin problemlos, sehr saubere Zimmer, hervorragende zentrale Lage des Hotels, man erreicht alle Shops und Restaurants gut zu Fuß zB ein erstklassiges kleines indisches Restaurant just 50 m vom Hotel entfernt; TV hat gut funktioniert. Nur 2 Dinge waren negativ: Es gab kein wifi (man verwies auf Probleme mit dem Provider) und auch kein warmes Wasser. Letzteres war nicht so schlimm - erfrischend! -, das fehlende wifi eher. Der Preis war voll in Ordnung, wenn ma die erstklassige Lage des Hotels bedenkt.

立地が良く徒歩でカフェやフォーの人気店へ行けました。朝食は数少なく、かなり、小さなスペースですがスタッフの対応が良かったです。清潔感はあまりありませんが、立地は良くマッサージ店が近く便利でした。　少ない人数でのスタッフでローテンションをしていてチェックイン、チェクアウトは深夜と早朝でご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、ロビーでスタッフが仮眠をしていて起こして直ぐに対応してくれます！笑楽しそうに働いてる雰囲気が、こちらも楽しめました。ホテル評価の⭐︎4ダナンのサラ　ダナン　ビーチホテルと同等の⭐︎4のハイベイホテルにしましたが、全く違いました。ホテルらしいホテルに泊まりたい方は別を探した方が良いかもしれません。

The accommodations were very comfortable. In Vietnam most hotels do not provide a top sheet for the bed like the United States. Street noise is very loud bring ear plugs. Major traffic street. Staff extremely helpful. Convenient location.

Wish I stayed another night or two.

It is in the middle of Old Quarter. Plenty of restaurants and shops all around you. Old Quarter is a big tourist area so it if very safe to walk around. You have a few historical places with in walking distance (1 KM walk). If you don’t feel like walking that far plenty of taxis and bikes willing to give you a lift.

1. 매우 깨끗합니다. 에어컨 잘 나옵니다. 조식을 먹을 때는 따로 쌀국수를 요청하면 가져다 줍니다. 맛있습니다. 2. 사진과 체감 넓이가 비슷합니다. 3. 발코니는 그냥 채광용... 발코니 문을 열면 오토바이 소음과 매연에 버틸 수가 없음... 4. 근처에 맛집이 많습니다. 도보 5분 거리 내 : 퍼짜쭈옌, 퍼10, 짜까탕롱, 홍호아이, 분보남보, 분짜닥킴 등등... 아 그리고 신서유기에 나온 꽌안응온은 도보로 10분. 5. 바퀴벌레 스프레이 냄새라고 하시는 냄새를 저도 맡았는데 신경쓰이거나 불쾌하다고 느낄 정도의 냄새는 아니어서 괜찮았습니다.
