It’s the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in Hà Nội. Excellent location.
Di ễm and Tiếp are also the best, helpful, and very friendly staffs. Will come back here again on my next trip. Highly recommend to all.

The room and facility apparently are new. But location is nice. And the frontdesk were friendly. If you spend most of your time exploring the town and only need a place to sleep, this is a good choice.

The room looked good initially.
We stayed for 4 nights and they did not clean our room once. We had to ask for water and toilet paper. It was noisy till 1am and there was no restaurant or breakfast facility, even tho the site said there was
