It’s near the city. You can just walk. Near to cafe, market, shops. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. People are nice.

英語の出来るスタッフが多い。フロントには、常時、英語の話せるスタッフが居る。フレンドリーで、好感が持てる。立地は、路上マーケットの中に有るので、東南アジア的な雰囲気が好きな人には最適。車はホテル前には入れないので、タクシーでの移動には、少し不便。総体的には、良いホテルです。

スタンダード ダブルルームを3泊で予約していたが、チェックインの際に部屋をグレードアップしなければ明日部屋を移動しなけらばいないとの説明があり、90000ドンをチェックアウトの時に払えば良いという話であったが、結局2泊分のグレードアップ費用180000ドンを支払った。ホテルの都合で、こちらがアップグレードの費用を支払うのは納得いかないし、部屋はオートロックではなく一箇所の鍵（内側からのロック無し）。確かにスタッフはフレンドリーで立地も市場の横なので魅力的ではあるが、わざわざ泊まる必要のないホテル。もう少し費用を出して、グレードの高いホテルに泊まったほうが良いと感じた。

Great little hotel

Located in the heart of Vietnamese culture. Gave us an ideal place to explore from. The room was very comfortable and clean. Located at the back of the hotel which was really quiet. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

スタッフがすごくフレンドリーでとても良かった。部屋も予想していたよりは綺麗だったが、壁をよく見ると小さな蟻？のようなものが数匹いた。しかし、海外のホテルの割には綺麗だった。

EXCEPTIONAL, GREAT LOCATION

The Hotel is very well located close to the tourist area with many convenience stores around the corner. The room very large and clean. Nice TV with many English channels, cold AC, hot water and very quiet. The best part was the staff. Always smiling, helping with the baggage and running to open the Hotel door when they saw me coming or going. I was not expecting such a nice service.

시장 안에 위치하고 있어서 자동차로 이용하긴 불편하지만 하노이역과 가깝고 주변 명소와도 가까운 편입니다. 항상 카운터에 친절한 직원들이 있어서 편안히 여행했습니다.

The room is clean and comfortable. But there is some strange noise at midnight that affects sleep. Also，there is only a soap for both hands and body cleaning，i think it can be better. Staff is polite and helpful.

Lovely

Lovely place, great location. Nice staff. Only 1.5 kilometres to old town ✔️🇻🇳 little noise from the street, but that’s make it more real. Shopping market just in front of hotel.

初めてのハノイ旅行、前日に急遽予約した事や、空港で借りたwifiが使えないアクシデントがあり、場所を探すのにかなり迷いました。また、ここ？！と言う場所（ディープなベトナム界隈の雰囲気）に若干驚きましたが、ホテルのスタッフは大変親切でお部屋も綺麗でした。 恐らくアップグレードしてくれたようで、有り難かったです(^^) 安全面も問題なく、夜も翌日も様々な果物や肉、魚を売る地元の様子がいつの間にか楽しく観れるようになり、逆に旧市街のホテルにしなくてよかったなと良い思い出になりました。

Value of the stay cant be beat. Per night stay was very cheap. The location is a little bit outside of the old quarter, but by no means far at all. Sometimes cars have a hard time finding the hotel though. Staff was friendly and made the experience pleasant. You also get breakfast every morn, which increases the value even more. Its actually insane how good the value is. Only downside is that my room had like ants or termites. There were quite a few on the desk. I didnt change rooms cause I was lazy and as long as they werent in the bed, I was pretty much fine. But I would say that this was my main/only issue with my stay.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel pas très loin du vieux quartier et à deux pas de la gare. Le staff est très à l'écoute et vous aidera si besoin. La rue est un petit marché local plutôt calme. La chambre est propre et la Sdb tres bien. Bref on a prévu d'y retourner pour notre passage éclair dans la ville.

Good place to stay

Clean and comfortable bed. Helpful staff. The lady helped us to confirm some details of our halong bay cruise. We got a room upgrade for free. Convenient location in a market street. Walking distance to old quarter. Value for money.
