The location is fantastic, ideally situated for easy access to West Lake. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making you feel right at home in this cozy environment. While the amenities and furniture may show their age, they remain functional and sufficient for your basic needs in a comfortable apartment, with sound design adding to the place's charm. It truly offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home.
What I cherish most is a spacious room; it truly creates a sense of comfort and peace that resonates deeply with my heart.

Property is good for what you pay. Big rooms and easy walk to get around. I enjoyed it as it was away from the busy side of Hanoi. It was in walking distance to many places. Recreation building looked a bit sad but I doubt anyone used the facility. Not a bad stay if you’re only looking for a place to lay your head after a busy day exploring

Very nice property which is located in a very quiet area which you do not hear any honking horns of the nearby community. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very big. The only problem is the very old bathroom which had stains over the shower/bath and the old towels being used. Just very old looking , but very good experience

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and everything in the hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable, and it is in an excellent location. Some things are a bit outdated, but everything was clean and in working order. We booked a repeat stay after leaving Hanoi and returning due to our positive first experience.

Good facilities and good value Tay Ho hotel

The Oriental Palace is in a quiet location inside a gated compound. The facilities are good for the price. A pool with pool towels, a gym and more. It’s located close to the Serene Shopping Centre and the restaurants of Tay Ho. The WiFi is better than most places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. The room is large, clean and comes with a compact kitchen area. All in all, good value for money.

Pretty nice stay. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was friendly. Only hitch was that the bath tub and the sink were not draining properly. Needed a few days for it to be fixed properly.
