原本訂下七間双床房，约當地時間六時前到達，一名男经理自稱boa ba ba召呼說暂只有四間空房，另三間要等约半小時，徐後即遊説我們要去那處玩可帮我們組團，並不停介绍，一小時後再要求上客房就説未準備好，當大家不耐煩時及要求看房間就説有一联缐酒店刚装修好，會有足夠房間，但去到酒店只像居宿一樣，跟本不能和三星酒店比，但那時已将近八時了，大家都想休息及晚飯，便不再爭咬，就住下來，那经理又继績説包團的問題，我們推説吃飯後再説，全程都没有入住此酒店，如何可給好評語。在者在胡志明的Lafelix更不像話，用單人房加多一張床，就話係標準双床房，房間又细又窄。真的差，差，差，劣劣劣

the worst hotel experience ever

My first time in Vietnam and this hotel basically ruined my whole trip and gave me the worst impression about this country. This hotel basically tried whatever way to get our money and they were lying all the time. We made the reservation for two nights. My mom and I arrived late the first night to the hotel, and they didn't keep the room for us. They told us since the kid got sick so no room for us (wait, any relationship between these two?). They tried to put us to the terrible hotel next to them which doesn't even have elevator and they wanted us to walk all the way to the sixth floor. My mom can't walk so many steps so I asked them to provide us the better solution. They sent us to another hotel. In the morning of the second day, they forced us to check out from another hotel and tried to move back and check in in their hotel. We basically lost the whole morning and the early afternoon on the second day by dealing with this. I told them that I don't want to stay in their hotel the second day and they promise that they would give the money back to me. Until now, two weeks later, they never picked up my phone and I still didn't get my money back......and these are not the only thing they did to us, they also planned the worst tour ever for my mom and I.....they wasn't honest on what they could offer us by the price and they sent us to the wrong tours and also cheaper cruise without noticing us.

良いホテルでした。スタップの愛想も良く、快適でした。少し古く、コンセントがぐらつくものがある（使えはする。） WiFi回線が重くなる時がある。朝食が同じメニューで飽きる。等の問題点もありましたが、それらを差し引いても十分良いホテルと言えるかと思います。価格も安いですし、周りに屋台やコンビニ等揃っています。充分オススメできますよ。

Parkson Hotel - Tip Top Service

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Alle Highlights des Old Quarters lassen sich problemlos erlaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lecker und konnte sich mit so manchen Streetfoodständen messen. (Insbesondere die Pho) Absolut hervorzuheben ist auch der Service der Mitarbeiter. Bei sämtlichen Anfragen waren sie hilfsbereit. Für den Preis, unschlagbar.

새벽비행기때매 숙박은 아니고 예약한방입니다. 위치도 좋고 그냥 쏘쏘한방입니다. 하노이 건물이 다 그냥 오래되고 그런것같아요 그래서 그냥 그러려니했고, 바닥이랑 이런건 깨끗하진못했어요 샤워부스는 우주선같았네요 ㅋㅋㅋ파란색불빛이 나와서 씼을때 진짜 무서웠어요 ; 진짜 무서웠음 그냥 위치나 이런건 좋았어요! 엄청 추천하진 않지만 Helios Legend Hote보다는 추천합니다

Great location, good value

Great little hotel in the Old Quarter within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff are a delight, very helpful and obliging, always pleasant. Breakfast was a bonus, the usual offering of bread and jams for toast, fruits, and they will prepare your eggs anyway you like them. A fridge in the room was great, and the wifi was very dependable.

An oasis amidst bustle

My friend and i had a lovely stay at the Parkson in our rooms on the seventh and eighth floors. The rooms were perhaps a bit in need of updating, but the bathrooms were large, the shower was completely separate, the rooms were a good size and quite quiet, which was an almost impossible achievement in the lively, chaotic area in which the hotel is located . The breakfast was plentiful and good, with a comfortable area in which to eat it. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is very close to a night market, a variety of shops and food venues. It is very good value for one’s money. Alexsandra, from Ottawa, Canada

Tired room, could be cleaner, great staff

I had the room on the top floor which was huge, but the room was a bit tired looking and could use a refresh, such as new furniture, towels, linens. I also felt the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom but I find this to be an issue with almost all budget hotels in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator so this is good for those with mobility issues or who don't want to climb stairs (however top floor room does require climbing one flight of stairs).

Could be better

This is not a bad hotel but it could be so much better. Rooms are clean but many towels are in dire need of replacement. Breakfast is limited and tea/coffee stored in jugs that don't keep it hot. No complimentary mineral water. I arrived late evening so had to open a bottle in the fridge. Charge was 300% higher than the same water from local Circle K mini market.
