Excellent hotel, we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and very stylish. The shower in particular is amazing, really good water pressure. Pool on the roof is small but lovely and has jet bubbles, there is also a bar next to it which is open in the afternoons. The location is excellent, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacies. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty, as well as having menu items available to order. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond - when they saw we were heading out for a day trip they quickly put together a bag with fruit and water for us to take with us, and same when they saw we were leaving early for the airport, brought us a bag with drip coffee filters and coffee to make at the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.

They had ants in the bathroom, we did not raise it to the staffs (didn't want them to start spraying pesticide or move room if any) but the ants went into our towels and clothes. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a room facing the street so it was very noisy in the morning or evenings (honks, barks, singing). Breakfast was good and bed was confortable. The pricing that the hotel offer for tours is outrageous so look elsewhere.

A Stress-Free Oasis in the Heart of the City ​We had an incredible stay at Solaria Tesori Hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean—a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. A highlight was definitely the bathroom; it featured spa-like amenities and some of the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced! ​The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of choices, along with the option to order specific dishes fresh. We also took advantage of the laundry service, which was a lifesaver given the local heat and humidity. ​What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to provide tips that made our trip stress-free. Plus, the location is unbeatable: we were within easy walking distance of the Night Market, great restaurants, and even a pharmacy. Highly recommended!

Relatively new, clean room, small property , plain furnishings but efficient. Reception was very nice and welcoming. Hanna was very helpful and attentive. I booked for Oct 2025 but bc of typhoons, I postponed my trip. The hotel was nice to rebook my room for April this year. The treatment and welcome were exceptional from the start to the end. I did use the spa. Service was not the best I got but very good. Laundry was reasonable and well done. Location is perfect, down the street from a few major hotels. Many good restaurants, Don Duck, Banh Mi 25, Ha Noi Oi and other shops…Construction noise is very loud during the day if you stay in. I was out most of the times. Otherwise , I use a noise cancelling headphone and I was ok. Contact the hotel ahead of time if it might bother you. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences and stays on my trip in Vietnam! Staff is soo accommodating and extremely kind. Hannah was exceptional, she helped my mom plan a trip to Nimh Bihn and even brought her tea when she was cold after she was out in the rain. All the other staff were so kind as well. Breakfast was also incredible with tons of options. This was a great location, next to many shops, tourists attractions, markets, and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great addition. Rooms were comfortable and a good size for two people. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here when they are deciding to visit Vietnam.

The hotel is in an awesome location in the old quarter easy walking distance to all the sights. The staff were amazing particularly Liam who was so good and arranged most of the trips and transportation for me as was Willy and the rest off the staff especially the young porter.The roof top pool and bar is great and Michael makes a great cocktail. The breakfast is delicious with so much to choose from. I received a lovely gift when i checked out which is the first time in all my travels that's happened so thank you. I would definitely recommend staying at The Solaria Tesori Hotel if you visit Hanoi.

If you are looking for a good hotel that’s in the centre but not on the main road, this is your place to go. The Location is great to explore the surrounding areas of Hanoi. The hotel room was very comfortable and had a very nice interior with attention to detail. I also want to mention the staff: everyone from the doorman to the reception to the restaurant was extremely friendly and always helpful. I want to highlight Hannah, Liam and Eddie who helped me out a lot during my stay and made me feel very welcome. Thanks again! I also recommend using the laundry service (very neatly done) and the spa.

The staff is very welcoming and flexible. Our room was big and comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious, and if you're not into Vietnamese food, they have other options, but their food is Good! They also have a Rooftop bar and a pool. We had a nice time there. The airport transport option is a big plus!

Staff was exceptional, the receptionist packed us breakfast after learning we would miss the breakfast buffet to make it for an early flight. He even slept in the lobby so that he could ensure that he could check us out very early in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We only stayed a couple of nights but the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind from start to finish. We were greeted with a cup of tea and sweet treat during check in which was a lovely touch. The room was a generous size with a lovely bath and shower. The breakfast was excellent with a great buffet as well as a selection of foods that could be made to order. The jacuzzi pool was lovely but be warned it isn’t heated so is a bit chilly in January! We had some drinks as the sunset on the roof one evening and had it to ourselves which was lovey.
