“Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. Never again booking with Expedia and certainly never staying here again. For not much more I could have stayed at a Hampton inn and had……

“Loud outside. Overcharged at checkout with lie of card declined even though I had already paid…dealing with that now. Another guest tried coming into our room twice at night. Never staying here again. All around bad experience.”
