"We absolutely loved our stay at this home in St. John. The view was incredible, and the calm, clear water made it perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking right from the property (we rented a kayak and paddle boards from a local company). The house was spotless, well-stocked, and set up perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 5 teens) with plenty of space, two master suites, and great areas for both kids and adults to relax. The management company was outstanding—quick to respond to questions and very helpful when the island had a power outage, sending someone immediately to check the generator. The location felt private and peaceful, with easy access to a nearby market and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and the management team."

"Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!"

"This is the perfect location if you want to be away from it all but still be close to everything. The location was quiet and serene. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning with the gorgeous view. Every day there were birds singing, cute lizards running about, and hummingbirds in the trees. Most beaches and trails were only about a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. "
