"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "

"Modern budget hotel with very good public transport links into central Munich (subway and bus stations right outside the hotel). The rooms are simple but provide everything that is needed (except for a fridge). The buffet breakfast offers a good range (including vegan dishes) and is open from 6:30am to 11:00am every day. The only issue is that the capacity of the breakfast room does not match the size of the hotel so expect to wait for a table at peak times."

"Very comfortable beds with additional pillows. The amenities available in reception is super helpful for snacks and drinks. Clean room. Modern bathroom and amazing shower. Would stay again."

"I was shell shocked to see and buy a water bottle 500ml costs 4.10 euros 🙄 . the machine priced it 3.65 but when you pay price increases to 4.10 euros. Im still speechless at this price. "

"The check in clerk was rather cold and aloof and didn’t feel welcoming as others have noted. The room was good. The restaurant (dinner) was ok not stellar with prices being hotel pricing. The room was quiet and had coffee fixings but no coffee maker so odd. A decent stay for a decent rate but nothing to crow about. "

"With the added cost of 8€ to get to this hotel and back to the airport, it is best just to start at the airport hotel. The weird times the shuttle ran to the airport I was left no other option but to taxi or uber. The gentleman working in the morning was zero help in getting me back to the airport, very disappointing overall "

"The entire property was well maintained. Whats not to like pool, work out room, sauna and few resturants on the properry. We had the junior suite. For the price and the breakfast it was great. They even gave us some complementary bottle for my wifes birthday. Only downside is the area away from the city center. Uber to the square cost roughly 25 dollars. Other than that. I just rented a car for 50 for the entire day and saved on uber rides. "
