"Only one elevator"

"The property had an unpleasant odor and was a basement unit with residents on the ground floor. Each night there was loud stomping on the wood floors above by the residents. Sent an email to the owner for the combination to get into the unit with NO response. Had to call the VRBO home base to get that information. The price of the unit given its location along with the other issues listed above was too high. Would NOT have booked this property if the issues above had been disclosed."

"Just decaf choices for coffee. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain properly, cleaning staff should notice that and put in a work order. Everything else was fine."

"Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend."

"Check in was simple and easy. This property was only a 20min walk through a gorgeous neighborhood to the end of the Brown metro line. The bedding arrangement was not accurate with the listing upon arrival. A Queen, a trundel with 2 Twins, and a large couch were able to sleep the 4 adults in this party. The "Twin" in the cubby is only sizeable for a child, not in this party. Other than sleeping arrangements, the space was gorgeous, well kept and well supplied for everyday needs."

"This property was very nice., Host was very accommodating and let us check in early so we didnt need to haul our luggage around with us for hours. My only issue was the not the host fault, but the location is not best area. Probably the cost was so reasonable."

"I just needed a home base and place to sleep, so I didn’t use the kitchen or any of the other amenities. It was very clean and’s w best and the bed was comfortable. The noise of the L might bother some but I’d just gotten off a 52 hr train ride. It sounded like I was still on the train so no bother. I was disturbed by the noise of the people overhead when I was desperately trying to sleep before my early departure, but I doubt my hosts have any control over that. "
