The hotel is in a good location, but it needs significant improvements in management and overall service quality. There were many small mosquitoes in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. The breakfast quality was also below expectations. I would strongly recommend reviewing the hotel’s maintenance, hygiene, and food quality, and investing in the necessary renovations and improvements. With a festival scheduled to take place here in October, it is essential that the hotel be well-prepared to welcome visitors and provide a comfortable, clean, and high-quality experience. Better management and attention to these details would make a significant difference.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and they gave us a fan to use, which was broken. We had to go to the lobby again to get another fan. Water in shower oscillated from cold to scalding while showering. Facilities were beautiful and we had a balcony with a view of the ocean.

Goed plekje

Veel kleine vliegjes op de kamer, ondanks balkondeur dicht. Ontbijt was keurig, maar tafels werden niet afgeruimd dus als je later binnen kwam had je geen opgeruimde tafel. Diner was een buffet met rijkelijke keuze. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk zwembad. Mooi aan de zee.

The reception wasn't as expected. The shower was awful designed. We had to for the blankets to be brought to us which is a none sense. The only good thing is the view. In conclusion it wasn't worth the money. 3 stars hotel

Séjour très courts (2 nuits sans vraiment être sur place) en petit groupe pou assister à un mariage à El jadida emplacement idél si voiture ou marcheur (6 à 8 km d'El jadidal), idéal pour plage piscine calme très proppre rapport qualité prix excellent car coopératif Cet hôtel a les avantages mais malheureusement aussi les inconvénient de l'associatif: personnel très aimable dévoué mais manque de compétence, logistique en place mais parfois non fonctionnelle (wiffi) avec répercussion: on doit payer tout en cash et en avance personnelemnt: chambre parfaite vue sur piscine, propre et sans inconvénient àpart le service en chambre non en place a part sa très satisfait dans l'ensemble l'amabilité et hospitalité efface largement les inconvénients indépendants de la volonté du personnel

The hotel looks ok but when you in very easy to understand that management is mess. Room telephones does not work if you neec something you need to walk 200 mt and staff is careless. All over the room full of dead black spy. They were there for 4 days no one clean. They just make up bed and the test nothing. As a result i never go back that hotel again…

Everything was nice, had to extend my stay and the night staff was super helpful and friendly. The cleaning person Imane was very nice and made sure that everything is clean in my room she is the MVP of this hotel.
