She was nice and we only had to wait a couple more minutes but a heads up would have been really nice so we could have planned our timing better.」

「Three friends and I spent an afternoon and evening before settling into a peaceful slumber. We watched the wildlife a bit and went downtown to a comedy show. Spent many hours laughing and brought the hilarity back to your lovely space with us. Glad we didn’t have any neighbors because the giggles and guffaws continued into the wee hours. Its location was perfect for traveling to Grand Canyon and Sedona. The jacuzzi was great for relaxing with my parents and sons. We enjoyed stargazing at night, and on our last morning, we saw 15 deer walking through the backyard it was magical. We would definitely come back again!」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
