“The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever……

“Excellent in every possible way.We traveled with three couples, a baby and a dog and this house accommodated all of us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and everything we could possibly need was waiting upon our arrival. The owner was very quick to respond and we appreciated all of his input. We’re already planning our next stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home if you’re visiting Sedona!”

“The property was amazing and just as advertised! The hosts were both generous and knowledgeable on the area. There were also great written instructions on any aspect of the home! We will definitely be back. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the huge pool was a dream. The spacious grassy yard with kids’ toys was a big hit with our little ones. Perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family weekend — we’ll definitely be back!”

“Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we……

“We had a great stay at this VRBO. It is located so close to everything. Fashion Square Mall is within walking distance. Camelback mountain is so close. The walking paths are all over. We enjoyed the pool. If you wanted to BBQ there are grills just outside. The complex was quiet. I would highly recommend it.”
