"Totally not what we expected and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I is off the beaten path (several miles of dirt roads to get there (normal for the Az. area), but once there the owners were very hospitable, friendly and service oriented. The don't have a liquor license but you can take your own if you wish. We were there just for the night but look to return when we can stay a few days. "Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river."
