The property was clean but the rooms a little dirty not as clean as they were before. They need to put coffee and microwaves in the rooms especially for the senior and handicapped guest. Overall we had a good stay.

Its a okay spot not the nicest or the cleanest and far away from a lot of things. Everything closes to early for being so far away from restaurants and stores. Pizza was delicious though 😋 we had maintenance in our room EVERY night the TV would not work and someone would have to come in and manually fix it.

An evelope was left out on table and return to room to realized it was missing after house keeping suppose to clean the room put the same sheet on the although the linen was clearly stained.

This was the worst experience I’ve had out of all the hotels I’ve visited. The room was not clean; the carpet had multiple black stains and mold, and it smelled really bad. The toilet and the shower were clogged. The vanity was broken and coming loose from the back, with all the nails exposed, which was very dangerous for me because I had my young child with me. The furniture in the room was generally in poor condition. The pool was closed. I only stayed there for 6 hours because I preferred to leave and go somewhere else rather than remain in those conditions. It’s a place I would never return to.

They are ruining this property as soon as we arrive and got our room I ve had to go back to the front desk to asked for another room due to the lack of cleaning,the mattress you could see the buttons through the sheets, carpets derty my second room was even worse, I won’t recommend it to anybody , the elevators derty the food court very expensive, bad experience we will never go back

This was a trip to Vegas that turned into this amazing trip to your Laughlin and not knowing anything about your facility. As my husband was driving thought we were going in the middle of nowhere. Once we got there and got info about what was was available -the children was very excited as well as myself. We loved the pool and beach . I believe it’s the best spot in Laughlin for families. They have a lot of activities, better pools and I believe has the best private beach. It also has its own private launch ramp that many hotels don’t have and it’s free. The parking for the trailers is right next to the hotel so it feels safe to leave your trailer there without having it hooked up to the truck.There’s also a gas station on the parking lot so you don’t need to drive more then 2 sec to fill up your car or jet ski, they sell fireworks to and have a designated spot to pop them. Now if you’re there to just gamble I don’t think it’s the place for you, I’ll stick to the other hotels for gambling because you can just walk to another hotel to play different games. Avi hotel is about a 16 min drive from the Laughlin strip. Overall I loved this hotel and for sure will be back

Pool was the greatest asset for the kids. Was given a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Then was charged 20 to move to a room that didn’t smell like smoke. Expedia got that charged removed.

Are first room there was horrible! We had blood spots on the wall there was crap on the wall the bath tub was black and my girl laid on the bed for a bit until we could change rooms and end up getting bed bug bits. Very disappointed!!
