"The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. With the rainy weather, basic provisions like doormats or umbrellas would have gone a long way in improving comfort.
The spa is operational but currently offers only male therapists-more inclusive options would enhance the experience.
