Water and power back up are available at this executive four bedroomed home in Glen Lorne. This home offers privacy, security, good wifi and DSTV. Ideal for all families, big or small. There is an office and good wifi suitable for working from home. Large swimming pool and a lovely garden. Large patio, great for bbq. Family games are available including a pool table and play is free. Airport pick up at a charge of $50. This is a high security neighborhood.

Excellent location lacking finer details

The location is great. Staff needs training on welcoming guests. Staff not to play /use pool table until the guest are out of sight. Bins need to be emptied daily. There should be staff to check in every morning if everything is ok for the guests. Lack of water water ruined what would have been a wonderful stay. Staff should physically check if everything is perfect for the guestsF

Fairly good

On arrival check in was delayed due to previous guests checking out late. Hence cleaning the house was delayed. No communication was given prior to check-in regarding delays. Managed to speak to the owner and she apologised. The caretakers of the house were excellent. The house itself is spacious however it could have been better to put a double bed in the forth bedroom instead of a table and chair + coat bed. The curtains were dirty and old it could be nicer if they change curtains or put blinds in. The toilets were not flashing properly hence needs fixing. The bathroom in the hallway had sharp metal nail in the tub hence needs fixing. The outside environment is beautiful and well maintained. It could have been nice having a a little table and 2 chairs on the balcony...Wifi was excellent. More cutlery is needed. Overall I enjoyed my stay..hats of to Nomatter and her husband very helpful.
