We do not have any super strict house rules and want our guests to enjoy themselves. No smoking is allowed and we expect respect for our property which is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort and convenience. We kindly request that our clients respect the neighbors. No parties are permitted and no activities that would bring the property into disrepute will be allowed. We are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests or their visitors during their stay. Guests' visitors who sleep over will be charged at $30 per person per night.
The apartment facilitator will be at the apartment or airport to check you in, welcome you and make sure you settle in well.
