3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathroom, Sleeps 10-12 (Plus Tea House)

Introducing Water's Edge, an impeccably designed three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with 100 feet of private sandy Lake Michigan Beach! This open, airy and fully renovated property sleeps up to 10 comfortably, offers lake views from almost every room. Includes a new hot tub (open year-round!), fire pit, gas grill, fast Wi-Fi, two paddleboards, and much more!
Now including an electric car charger for your use!

A rustic beachfront Tea House (open May 01-Nov 01) sits on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan and sleeps up to an additional two guests. The Tea House includes a full bath, kitchenette and a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Glamping at its best!

**Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.

**Maximum 3 car parking.

**Please note in off-season tea house is closed so main house sleeps 10 total. From May 01-Nov 01 both homes open and sleep 12 total.

**For those who rent Thanksgiving we offer a free turkey from Falatic's Meat Market.

**No pets unless agree upon prior to booking

This property is fantastic - beach access, lovely home, super cool extra space in the tea house, plenty of beds and bedding for a large group. The house had a lot of helpful items as well - kitchen supplies, beach gear, (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), grill. Would 100% come stay here again with a group.

Beautiful property, great beach access

Really enjoyed our stay - the main house and cute tea house provided plenty of room for our group. It was rainy one day and we had fun playing games on the cozy screened-in porch and relaxing in the hot tub. Great access to the beach too!

Picturesque Winter Weekend

Beautifully remodeled home. The kitchen was well-appointed with new appliances, dishes & cookware. The beds & bedding were comfortable. The home supplied plenty of bath & beach towels. The views from the living area were spectacular. The kids (ages 6-10) enjoyed hanging out in basement living area & bunk room. We used the hot tub every day in the snow as well. We enjoyed the easy beach access & walked on the snowy beach daily. We were able to order carry out from a couple of nearby restaurants (even during the winter break for many business) & we were quite happy with our meals. The last day we made the quick drive to Warren Dunes state park for some sledding by the lake!

Fantastic Property

This house/property was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer. Bed count was a concern after seeing 3 bedrooms listed, but there were a multitude of beds. - 4 in the bunk room - 1 Master (king) - 1 Guest (Queen) - 2 pullout couches - 2 or 3 cots that I saw folded up - 2 twin beds in the tea house Property Managers were easy to work with and polite. Best way to get in touch with them is via email.
