「The property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!」

「Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. 」

Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024. Thanks again for the great team of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. "
