"Very calm and quiet place. Rooms were out of date. Make sure to have a usb charger or brings block for a c charger. Beth the lady at night was so nice. The lady in the mornings is also sweet. The housekeepers were even super nice. The shower had amazing pressure and the beds were comfy!"

"The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful in getting us checked in a little early. The room was very clean, smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable. There are some things that I would change, however. The light from the window still came in from the top of the curtain. The bathroom door was the sliding kind, and didn't cover the doorway opening completely. Also, it would have been nice to have a built-in night light in the bathroom so you don't have to turn on the big light in the middle of the night. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit, and would book a room here again! "

"The property staff was no help. Manager was never there to speak with about issues we had. TVs didn't work. Remote had no batteries. Overall terrible experience and no one cared to fix simple issues."

"We were traveling for business and loved the Columbia area so we stayed to check out the Lake Murray area. Every member of the staff was so kind and helpful and went overboard to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Shirlina (not sure of spelling) and Amy (NOT Mildred). These ladies are excellent ambassadors of the Marriott brand and deserve all the praise and recognition for their efforts and dedication in serving your customers. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home. We will be back!!"

"The room was completely dirty when we went to the front desk, (nmitch) brought us cleaning supplies so that we could clean the room ourselves and said that if we kept bothering her she would call the police to have us removed from the hotel, since she had many people to check in."

"Parking was easy, area and room was clean. Staff were helpful and nice! Breakfast was good. Would definitely come back."
