“Everything was good as expected”

“We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful.”

“This Free breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The food was edible but there was no organization to it. People were standing and huddled around the toasters making their toast or bagel. It was a mini madhouse.”

“TV in 1st room did not work, however the staff accommodated me and my wife by putting us in a nearby room.”

“First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could……

“If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well”

“The location of this property is convenient. About a mile away from restaurants, 15 minutes away from a Walmart and urgent care/hospital. Spacious rooms, indoor pool, nice patio areas with bbq pits and a fire pit. Overall a very nice hotel for a decent price. The only downfall was the staff was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a hotel till this visit. At check in, there were two females at the desk in a conversation. One of the girls paused the conversation and……

“Very nice stay. Lots of room. The place was really clean, we had two bedrooms, this place is like an apartment. I enjoyed myself, the staff was excellent. We had a little car trouble and the staff instantly gave me several options. Everything worked out great. If I am in SC again I will definitely look to stay at Main Stay Harbison.”

“I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!”

“Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!”
